Pvz., mokyklų pedagoginę raidą lemia mokytojų pasirengimas, jų darbo kokybė, gimtosios kalbos mokymas, ilgainiui dėsningai peraugdamas ir į visos tautos vienokį ar kitokį kalbos kultūros kitimą (vystymąsi).
